Learn about healthy lifestyles and more at the inaugural Wellness Fair to
be held at Life Care Center of Andover on Saturday, February 27th.
It will take place from 2:30-4:30 p.m. and will include information on
fall prevention, chair exercises, "save your back" information and a seminar
on seniors and depression.
Free blood pressure checks, accu-checks and balance testing will also be offered and the Wii program will be available to everyone.
Information on Alzheimer's care, arthritis, healthy heart living and supplement education will also be offered.
There will also be live entertainment, refreshments and a free gift bag for everyone.
